SUBSCRIPTION & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

This Subscription & Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between U Move 2 Improve LLC, DBA Adventure Strong Coaching, Edwards, Colorado ("Adventure Strong Studio," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual subscribing to the service ("Member" or "you"). By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Description of Services

Adventure Strong Studio provides a subscription-based online fitness video library including strength training, mobility work, Pilates instruction, and sport-specific programming designed for active, adventure-loving adults. Content is delivered digitally via our online platform, adventurestrongstudio.com (the “Platform”) and is accessible on demand during your active membership period.

Content is created and programmed by Bryan Maroney, Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and KJ Maroney, Certified Pilates Instructor. 2. Membership Plans & Pricing 

2.1 Monthly Subscription

Monthly membership total price is $89.00 per month, billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month (your "Billing Date") until cancelled.

2.2 Future Plans

Adventure Strong Studio may offer additional membership tiers, annual plans, or promotional rates from time to time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to existing members no less than 14 days in advance.

2.3 Promotional and Introductory Rates

If you subscribe at a promotional rate, that rate applies only for the stated promotional period. Upon expiration, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate then in effect unless you cancel prior to renewal.

3. Billing & Payment

3.1 Automatic Renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month on your Billing Date. By subscribing, you authorize Adventure Strong Studio to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle without further action required from you.

3.2 Payment Method

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If your payment fails, access to Adventure Strong Studio may be suspended until payment is resolved.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, we will attempt to process it again within 3–5 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, your account will be suspended. You will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment information. Adventure Strong Studio is not responsible for any loss of access resulting from payment failure.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price increase at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next Billing Date to avoid being charged for the following month.  To be valid, cancellation must be confirmed by an email from Adventure Strong Studio.

4.2 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Adventure Strong Studio through the end of your current paid billing period. Access will not be extended beyond that date, and no partial-month credits or refunds will be issued.

4.3 Reactivation

You may reactivate your membership at any time by re-subscribing through our platform. Reactivation is subject to the pricing in effect at the time of reactivation.

5. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Adventure Strong Studio does not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees, partial months, or unused access periods, except in the following circumstances:

  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge
  • You were charged after a valid cancellation was confirmed
  • A refund is required by applicable law

To request a refund under one of the above circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected]. Refund requests outside this window will not be considered.

6. Access & Account Use

6.1 Personal Use Only

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access Adventure Strong Studio content for your own individual, non-commercial use. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

6.2 One Account Per Member

Each membership is for a single individual. You may not share your account with another person or allow simultaneous access from multiple users. If we detect account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund.

6.3 Content Restrictions

You may not download, record, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on Adventure Strong Studio. All content remains the intellectual property of Adventure Strong Coaching.

7. Membership Suspension or Termination

Adventure Strong Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you:

  • Violate the terms of this Agreement or our Terms of Service
  • Share your account credentials or engage in unauthorized use
  • Engage in conduct harmful to the platform, other members, or Adventure Strong Coaching

In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. We will notify you by email if your account is suspended or terminated.

8. Pause Policy

At this time, Adventure Strong Studio does not offer the ability to pause or freeze membership billing. If you need to take a break, you may cancel your membership and reactivate at any time. We are not responsible for content updates or changes that occur during a period in which you are not subscribed.

9. Content & Platform Availability

We strive to maintain consistent availability of Adventure Strong Studio. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or content changes. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content from the platform at any time without notice.

10. Health, Fitness & Liability

By subscribing, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk. You confirm that you are physically able to participate in fitness programming and that you have consulted or will consult with a healthcare provider as appropriate. You assume all risk associated with your participation.

Adventure Strong Coaching, Bryan Maroney, KJ Maroney, and their affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from your use of Adventure Strong Studio content. Please review our full Health & Medical Disclaimer and Liability Waiver, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in Eagle County, Colorado.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Adventure Strong Studio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
