SOUND FAMILIAR?
You love being active. But your body isn't keeping up.
You ski, hike, bike, or golf. You've got kids who want to go go go. And somewhere between work, family, and life, your training fell off.
Maybe your knees ache on the descent. Your back tightens up after 18 holes. You get winded on a trail you used to crush. Or you feel like you're one bad step away from an injury that sidelines you for weeks.
You don't need more motivation. You need a program built for the way you actually live โ that fits in 20 to 45 minutes, doesn't require a gym, and actually prepares your body for the adventures you love.
Adventure Strong Studio was built for exactly that.

Your Coaches

FOUNDER ยท HEAD COACH
Bryan Maroney
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
I'm Bryan โ a Certified Athletic Trainer with 15+ years of experience and the founder of Adventure Strong Coaching.
I live in Edwards, CO with my wife KJ and our son Maverick. I ski, hike, mountain bike, and golf. I work with clients who are busy parents โ people who love being outside but struggle to train consistently around work, family, and life.
I built Adventure Strong Studio because I kept seeing the same thing: people who wanted to stay active well into their 40s, 50s, and beyond โ but who were training the wrong way, or not at all, and paying for it on the mountain.
Every class in this library is programmed with one goal: to make your body more capable, resilient, and pain-free for the adventures you love. Not for aesthetics. Not for the gym. For life outside.
CO-FOUNDER ยท COACH
KJย Maroney
BASI Pilates + NASM Certified Coach
KJ Maroney has been in the fitness industry since 2011, but her relationship with movement started long before that โ on the dance floor. A college dance background gave her a deep understanding of how the body moves, and that fascination never left.
KJ is BASI Pilates certified and NASM certified, with over a decade of experience working with clients across fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness. But what sets her apart isn't the certifications โ it's how she works with people. KJ doesn't just train bodies. She connects with humans. She listens. She meets people where they are and helps them find their way back to feeling strong, capable, and whole.
As a devoted mom to Maverick, KJ lives the Adventure Strong mission every day. Staying strong isn't about trends or aesthetics for her โ it's a lifestyle choice. A choice she makes for herself, for her family, and as a living example for her son that movement is something worth protecting.
At Adventure Strong Studio, KJ brings her movement expertise, her warmth, and her belief that fitness is about so much more than the workout.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY:
REAL PEOPLE. REAL RESULTS
Kim
"To me, fitness means being able to pursue and achieve big goals with the people I love. In 2023, I did just that when my youngest daughter invited me to climb Aconcagua- the tallest peak in the Americas.ย After a year of dedicated training, not only did we summit, but we truly crushed our adventure. Creating this lifelong memory with my daughter wouldnโt have been possible without Bryanโs training methods."
RYAN W
"As a California native, skiing 100 days in a season has always been a bucket-list goal for me. Achieving it on my 50โs feels especially rewarding, and I couldnโt have done it without those heavy leg days with Bryan"
JESS
"We did some easier hikes and I was able to do them like a champ! The last day we did a hike that ended up being 8 miles round trip. I wasn't a super happy hiker at the end but I was able to do it - not sure that would have been the case a couple of months ago. It was probably the longest day hike I have EVER done. Made me feel good my body was stronger and able to do it. Next goal is to make the 8 miles enjoyable past mile 6. ๐ "
