The content available on Adventure Strong Studio — including workout videos, exercise programming, mobility work, Pilates instruction, movement guidance, and any written or verbal coaching cues — is provided for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

2. Professional Credentials — Scope of Practice
Adventure Strong Studio is created and operated by Bryan Maroney, Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and KJ Maroney, Certified Pilates Instructor. While both founders hold professional fitness and wellness credentials, their content and instruction on this platform is provided in a fitness coaching capacity only.
Specifically:
- Bryan Maroney's role as a Certified Athletic Trainer does not create an athletic trainer-patient relationship through use of this platform. No clinical evaluation, injury assessment, or medical treatment is being provided.
- KJ Maroney's role as a Certified Pilates Instructor does not create a therapeutic or rehabilitative relationship through use of this platform.
- Nothing in the content of Adventure Strong Studio should be interpreted as clinical advice, injury rehabilitation guidance, or individualized medical programming unless you are enrolled in a separate one-on-one coaching program through one of our that explicitly includes such services.
3. Consult Your Doctor Before Starting
Before beginning any exercise program on Adventure Strong Studio, you should consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if any of the following apply to you:
- You have a current or past injury, illness, or chronic health condition
- You are pregnant or postpartum
- You have cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, or musculoskeletal concerns
- You have recently had surgery or a medical procedure
- You are taking prescription medications that may affect your ability to exercise safely
- You are unsure whether exercise is safe for you at this time
If you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
4. Individual Results May Vary
Fitness results depend on many individual factors including but not limited to age, fitness level, health history, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Adventure Strong Studio makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, performance improvements, weight loss, or injury prevention. Any results shared by clients or members are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
5. Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By participating in any workout or program through Adventure Strong Studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to: muscle soreness, joint strain, cardiovascular stress, and the risk of more serious injury.
Adventure Strong Coaching, Bryan Maroney, KJ Maroney, and their affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from your participation in Adventure Strong Studio content. 6. Modifications Are Your Responsibility
Every individual's body is different. You are solely responsible for choosing exercises appropriate for your current fitness level, health status, and physical limitations. If a movement feels unsafe, causes pain, or is contraindicated for your condition, do not perform it. Modify or skip any exercise as needed, and consult a qualified professional if you are unsure.
